Fantastic Hotel, Excellent Location!

The family room had a bunk bed, spacious and super clean! The bathroom was amazing too. So modern and well-kept. Breakfast included a buffet with many delicious options for adults and children. The hotel's rooftop bar, LuminAir, had amazing views. So perfect for relaxation.
The rooms lacked character! Honestly, it was like an Ibis hotel.

The location is great. It is very close to the central train station (a definite plus). I also liked the variety of places available to eat and drink.
The room i stayed in was much smaller than promised. The executive lounge wasn't worth the money since it was just a section off the lobby bar.

I found the location Convenient. the hotel is near central station. this helped me access many parts of the city with ease. the breakfast offered a wide variety of options. I was happy with the fresh pastries and fruit selection. i was also pleased by the attentiveness to my needs. the staff were attentive and kind.
the elevator system seemed a LITTLE slow during peak hours.

The hotel is close to the central train station (very convenient for travel). I also liked that many restaurants and stores are within walking distance. The breakfast had a great variety of options. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful with directions.
The room I was staying in was small, and it felt a bit hot (even with the AC on). The beds were not the most comfortable, a little difficult to sleep soundly.

the location near transportation connections was convenient.
The room was uncomfortably hot at night. I could not adjust the temperature lower. there were also two instances of no hot running water in the shower. this, especially after a long day.
